Beach Workers’ Pay Gets Slashed 
GULF SHORES, Ala. - The people hired to clean up oil that reaches our beaches will be paid less to do it. According to a company memo obtained by News 5, the contractor Plant Performance Services, also known as P2S, is cutting hourly wages between 4 and 10 dollars an hour. The company says the cuts are a result of the shift from an emergency response to a longer-term recovery effort.
