IKE - Unit DAMAGE NOTES - please note that these findings are after preliminary inspection, additional problems may become apparent and due to water levels we have not been able to completely view all sides of home and interior inspections not yet completed.

#7 - driveway damage, shingles popped up on eve 1st floor north east corner, sand under home

#10 - Gulf front stairs broken off after landing, street side steps damaged, plumbing damage, no driveway, 1st floor south east deck missing a few spindles, water under home

#12 -street side steps broken after lower landing, storage area under home gone, plumbing damage, lower landing steps missing on gulf side & no driveway, water under home

#14 - no stairs, pieces of concrete broken up around house, storage shed under home gone, damage to under house deck, water/sewer line damage, new area of  roof shingles off on gulf side, a/c platform hanging, power lines down, no driveway

#15 - yard timbers washed under home, one hit and opened storage room door, ruts in rock drive & under home 

#16 - driveway damage, storage shed under home damage, lattice broken, possible plumbing damage

#17 - walkway popped up

#18 - no stairs, no driveway, plumbing damage, no driveway, water still under home

#19 - some shingles popped up on left side of chimney, sand under home, driveway damaged, water went into storage shed under home

#20 - no damage, sand in drive, debris in drive

#21 - no driveway no stairs, plumbing damage

#22 - no stairs,  no drive way, no plumbing, street damaged

#25 - no stairs, no plumbing , dish network dishes gone, under home shower stall and walkway gone, no driveway

#26 - no steps,  no plumbing, no drive, damage to electrical hook up

#28 - driveway repair needed, sand under home, storage shed has piece of corner trim loose and door has sand half way up it

#29 - no driveway, east side roof has a few shingles popped up at ridge line, gulf front stairs damaged, plumbing damage

#30 - missing both sets of steps, sewer/water lines broken, power pole missing, water under home, no driveway

#32 - no stairs, no drive, no plumbing, water under home

#33 - sand in drive & under home

 #35 - no steps, concrete slab under house broken, no drive, no plumbing, ac platform hanging
