| 11/11/09 - Road clearing is in the 2300 block. Water has been restored on the NORTH side of Bienville Blvd to the end of Bienville and south of Bienville to the 2600 block. The court streets past the 2600 Block (Seneca thru Westward Ho) have a good number of homes with broken water lines that will have to be identified, repaired and the unbroken lines cleared of sand. Water department hopes to accomplish the bulk of the work by Thanksgiving. Pictures below were taken 11/11/09 | |
